The Circus

This was quite unexpected for me. When I first saw the sign, I thought that it was an amusement park of some sorts. I was wrong about that. Once inside, it became quite apparent that this was definitely a circus. It was mostly acrobats and stuff, but it was really, really, good. Another surprise. There was even a completely spherical cage with, at one point 6 motorcycles, roaring around inside of a circumference about maybe 15 meters in diameter. All 360 degrees including upside down, of course. And, criss-crossing each other in death defying style. This was the final performance of the show. No pix as it was way too dark. They only had their headlights on with horns honking.

Please excuse the blurry pix, too. They are only to give you a small idea of what was actually performed. They do not do the performers justice at all. I was not even going to take any pix as it was way too dark for that, but I did just for the sake of a few memories. A top notch performance by all involved. The show lasted an hour.

For those wondering, all pix shot with the Canon S90, manual mode at f4.9, full telephoto, 1/4 sec shutter speed, ISO 200.
