I may be charged with Misdemenor Class A for Domestic Battery around 15th of Nov/1st week of december(Court Dates).
Am I screwed for green card? I applied for 485 in July, got EAD.
Will there be a Deportation process involved? I am prepared for the Worst hpoing for the Best...

Changing to vertical spillover will NOT help EB3 India or China. EB3 ROW is not current and it will suck up all overflow leaving EB2I, EB2C, EB3I and EB3C to their annual quota only. USCIS changing the process to horizontal spillover is the best thing that has happened to I and C community in the absence of immigration reform. Now there is at least some hope for EB3 folks to get a new job and apply in EB2, as at least that queue is faster. If we fight among ourselves and stop vertical spillover, it will only benefit EB3ROW as they will get all overflow from EB1 and EB2ROW. Please guys, let's not fight.
Totally agree! But I an fed up of everyone showing up and asking all the time "What about Quarterly Spillover?" all the time. It will make a difference of 6-7 months and its a real big deal to keep coming back and asking "Pappu did you ask about Quarterly Spillover? " on each bloody occasion. Let me tell you what most EB3 India think. You can spillover horizontally or vertically I get it the same time. So why should I care about this spillover BS. And this willwin guy has the nerve to give me a red mark on my post saying I'm not being diplomatic... like I care about being diplomatic when they want IV to shift its primary focus in order to cater to such ridiculous asks!! Wow, these have to be the best pixel art designs I have seen created. I voted for soul's because it just simple, angled. I also really liked all the things going on in eilsoe's graphic. If it wasn't for the wall eilsoe (I like cool slanted, twisted things) I would have def voted for your cool graphic. It was more of a tie between both of you guys really =)

I found this site useful so I joined in here, but since they did not have India in the listing I added Calfornia. I have a F2B immigration visa pending filed by my parents in the US. I had interview in Chennai, India on Sep 2007. I fell short of some docs and submitted those on 28 Dec 2007 and was given 221g and told my case will be held up due to administrative processing.
I wanted to know if this new name check ruling helps me in any way. Also how long more should I expect to wait for the visa.

You mentioned that both of your cases are under EB2, correct? Normally people will do interfile (PD Amendment) from one category to another, like EB3 to EB2.
Can you please share why you ported in the same category? Or because of some other reason?

One I140 has PD of Oct-2006 and the other one has PD of Feb/2002. In Mar/08 EB2 was completely U, but I had hope that it will turn around and I will be able to use older PD based I140. That is exactly what happened when NSC 485 processing times reached my app's RD. Mine was not to switch categories, but to use the earlier PD.

It is not RFE. Your AP is approved and they mailed it to you.
We have applied for our AP renewal on 05/09 at NSC. I have noticed online status change to our I131s today with the following message. Is this a RFE? if so, what could be the RFE for AP? Your help and input appreciated.

Brother, your idea is good but practically it is very difficult.
Do you see a donate progress bar at the top, it took an entire month and lot of pushing to get 10,000 US$ in donation.
People are not willing to donate, many have questions about credibility and what work is being done, some have lost entire hope and hence not willing to donate.
It is like chicken and egg, we are asking people to donate to see change, some are saying change is not there and donation does not make a difference.
If it is so difficult to collect 10,000 US$ a month how can your plan collect 5 million ?
If someone is going to ask you the following questions what are your answers,
1) If i donate 50$ what is the feedback (in terms of info, progress) that i will get?
2) What will you do if the administration thanks us and takes the donation and gives it off to a non-profit education organization. (giving donation does not mean that they will do something for us). Then what do we do.
Instead can we not use that money to lobby for our goals.

Per AC 21, it is soft quota - if you think about it, it is pretty simple.
In EB1, every country has 7% quota. Anything unused in EB1 ROW first goes to EB1 India and China. After that, the remaining number (say 4000) should flow to EB2. In EB2, every country has same 7% quota. Let us say 2000 is left unused. So, in all, 6000 extra visas should flow to anyone in EB2 category based on Pri dates.

I received a soft lud on my H1B approved in Nov 2007. All other cases do not have any LUD. I guess it is just the system touching these records as routine maintainence.
but I got soft LUD's on all my cases after using AC21.
Here two things happened
1. applied for h1B transfer using approved I 140
2. sent AC21 letter
so don't know what trigerred the soft LUD's
