Deals net, I was wrongly implicated in the case.!! If the wife/girlfriend wants to screw you they can say anything to the police!! She wanted me out of her life because she was having a affair!! and She brught the police when I showed her the evidence!! I guess You do not have a wife/girl like that in your life.
I pleaded guilty to save my career!!.

I have talked to IV leadership and they have agreed to hold a rally in March 1st Week, if sufficient numbers indicate willingness to participate.

We need the IV core team and the administrator to guide some big rally's. Guys nothing will happen until we are bold about our intentions.
I noticed everyone comes up with their different ideas, but no one works to implement it. We need to stand together and do something big, when was the last time we had a big rally?
We all have our own problems, life in America is not simple, but in order for us to accomplish something we all need to unite and do something big, the problem is lately IV thinks too much and has less of ACTION

Today, four members of IV met with 3 staffers from Dianne Feinstein’s office in San Francisco.
Two constituent services representatives, who deal with immigration problems on a daily basis (helping people with labor cert, I-140, I-485, security check etc problems) and one assistant field representative who interfaces with the Senator’s staff in DC on a whole host of issues.
We spent 1.5 hours with them. We went through our presentation, answering questions and giving examples all the way. Then we spent some time talking about how they could help us, suggestions about what IV should do, and how we could work with them. All in all it was an excellent meeting – they were riveted through out – asked lots of questions and were very supportive.
TAKEAWAYS

• Do a dry run of the talk, so that you build a narrative patter to go with the slides – this worked really well in this meeting.
• Whenever possible use examples from the experience of the IV members present to illustrate the point in the slide – for example when we were doing the I-485 Life with and Without Slide, we used Ollie and Neha’s experiences with layoffs and partner not being able to work
• Ask how you can follow up with them, what they would like you to do
• Write to thank them for their time and reiterate your basic points

No, only allows people on H4 for more than 6 years to get a H1B of their own for 6 years or until their spouses EAD/GC's arrive.

Ya...Atleast, they should allow us to file EAD. In that case my spouse can work. She did not get H1b this year(because of lottery system). She has PHD in CSE and sitting at home.
If she has a PHD in CSE she should look for a job get H1 and file Green Card in EB1 all off this can be done in 6 months! What's holding you back???? :)

One way is, if he/she didn't apply for extension, thats the only way. Otherthan that pay stubs, job, bench, these will not make anybody out of status. These are all trash.
As long as the employer/employee relationship exists, nobody can't do anything. This is for sure.
Let me correct it.. I read somewhere that it is considered not a major problem if some one is out of status for less than 180 days cumulatively.

As per my understanding, Lawyer or employer can not withdraw I485. I may be wrong, I 485 can be only withdrawn by applicant.
Any inputs..
I am in serious trouble, please read and comment if you can help.
- Spouse (Primary) and I filed I 485 in June 2007. (PD March 2004)
- Spouse Application is approved in July 2008
- Spouse changes employers after approval
- In October 08 we write to the law firm that initially filed the I 485 to withdraw their representation.
- In Nov 08 the Law firm incorrectly writes to USCIS to with draw the I 485 application.
- In March 08 I get an email from USCIS stating my application is withdrawn.
I obtained the notice of withdrawal and the notice says
'As a result of your request, your application is considered withdrawn, and it will recieve no further consideration by USCIS. There is no appeal to this decision.'
Neither I nor my wife have authorized the attorney to withdraw the application, we only wanted them to withdraw their representation (I have the letter we wrote to them and it clearly states it.)
what can we do.
Is it possible to reinstate our case?
Can we refile my AOS again, even thought the primary applicants green card is approved more than 6 months ago?
Any inputs..

Anything that get's you a RFE is bad..
I got it from CVS and they look good.
USCIS photo guidelines state No touchups should be done. I suggest use a portrait studio of Kinko's
