snathan - How different is different enough for USCIS/DOL to be okay with it? Would the num of years of experience be helpful if it was different.
I guess I am trying to figure out if I should let go of this position and wait for another one to come around if it's the current one is not worth pursuing due to potential issues during I140 stage.

I find that fireworks mx is really cool for doing what you are trying to do if you can get your hands on it. Oh yeah and I think you should antialias the text a little bit. If you want honest opinions....I think the image could use a little jazzing up....Try this:
Find a nice big panoramic image like of a beach or something.. Then give it a real big gaussian blur (so that you cannt recoginze what it was)......U should already notice it looks similar to a gradient. 2. The give it a strong motion blur to the left or right (to soften the image) 3. Then do a an adjustment...hue.....and play with the saturation and settings. (You should have a pretty nice gradient looking abstract at this point). 4. Then duplicate the layer and play with that layers blend mode. I find luminosity to be cool but find one to suit your needs. That will make your text and image seem more interesting....right now it looks kinda dead in the water......I find gradients by themselves to be boring this day in age (most of the time). Let me know if you need a more indepth tutorial....this one was kinda weak but....hey

I am never happy with my footer and still am not happy with it; I wish kirupa allowed music because transition effect like the ones in my footer went to a techno track but I took it out before I published it :*(, so I will most likely update it later today and a totally maxed out version on monday. By then I should have my intro done, ya know, for certain people to view a sneek peek message me on AIM.

I have now created public spreadsheet for the status of the people on this forum. You do not even have to login to be able to edit it. The url is as follows:

My corporate attorney told me that one is okay as long as one doesn't sya beyond 180 days from expiry without applying for a renewal, so you have 6 months to apply.
Better check with an attorney, but I am sure you are just fine.
Also, we had a 'nunc-pro-tunk' situation, but that kicks in only after 180 days , so I told.

My view is little different, my friend(32 age) who is a business man (an engineer and MBA)..went with his wife and two kids to b2 stamping, got multiple entry visa for 10 yrs. His preparation is very simple, he showed his business commitments and need of his presence to the businesses he is handling and second..he could convince the consulate that he is visiting to US for the sake of kids enjoy desney...he previously visited s'pore and klm...
if your folks are doing a honest visit..i would suggest them not to show any siblings in US and they show their ability to fund their trip and a convincing reason..(like second honeymoon...or any business conference)...and i remind you there is no set pattern that a few will get and a few won't get...its all up to how you present your case....goodluck

As my friend in this have mentioned.. keep in mind there is no paper that will make it 100% to get a US visa. I have seen luck plays a big role in many of the cases.

I do not think USCIS has started premium processig for 140. As per last update, the Extension of suspension of premium process is indefinite until next update.

Your lawyer (and most of them including some famous on wwww) are DHAKKAN. They have no clue what's going on with VB. They just know how to fill some some form , that also they screw lot of time.
My lawyer says there is going to be about 5-10K spillover from Family to employment based. Gurus can you estimate how much dates will move if that happens. I am hoping nothing for EB3 though :(
He said end of year for spillover from family. So I understood as September,
I also asked how many visas a left. He said only about 9 thousand for EB2 in total. They approved a lot this month. Next month more approvals will happen. For EB3 India he said only a couple of hundred are available till end of September.

Hi,
I am trying to e-file AP renewals by myself instead of using my expensive Attorney. I have a question. If you have successfully e-filed, can you please clarify ?
1)My wife was originally admitted into the US as H-4. But now after entering US on H4 and staying on h-4 for about 6 months she used her EAD to work. Her H4 visa was renewed and is still valid even though our Visa stamping on the passport has expired. So what should her class of admission be ? Should I write H4 or EAD ? AP form asks for class of admission.
2)If filing for both self and wife, should this be mailed in two different packets or one packet , two different envelopes ?

It's actually a myth that a longer lens requires a higher aperture. For the same framing, you get the same DOF (Depth Of Field) for the same aperture, whether you use a 600mm telephoto lens or a 4.5mm ultra-fisheye. - Mats
You are technically correct of course, but for practical purposes, if Shannon's primary goal is trying to capture a good depth of field of a child running around, and based on Shannon's comment about the willingness to crop, DOF will be easier to achieve with a wider lens.
Having said that, it was good for you to provide the rest of the story as it may be the basis of decisioning as the skills improve.

The only advantage now is if lawsuit wins then people who has submitted will be better position but i dont recommend submitting now as the current situations will help if at all it is , for who applied before July 2.

Can I apply for H1 B extension on my own or does it have to go through an immigrtion attorney?
I will be applying for 7th yr H1 based on an ongoing GC process. I 140 approved . I 485 pending.
Is this process any different from normal H1B application ( the first 6 years)

Bob, I'm clueless on portrait photography, but they look very good to me! :)
As far as the games is concerned, I try to keep the shutter speed at 1/500 or maybe 1/400 if necessary, to freeze motion reasonably well. There's still movement visible on sticks and pucks, but that's fine IMO. The arenas I've been to so far (small local areans for lower divisions) generally have poor lighting so... I usually get f/2-f/2.8 and 1/500 or thereabouts, and I'm still underexposing slightly. Use larger apertures and too much is OOF, the DOF is too shallow as it is. I'd love to try hockey in better light.
EDIT: Forgot the lenses... most good ones seem to come from 300/2.8 (mostly from the seats as it's on the long side), 135/2 (best results so far) and 85/1.8. My 70-200/2.8 is a bit of a disappointment, it is nowhere near as good as the 135/2 when used wide open. I've also started playing around a bit with wide-angles, it can give you some unusual action shots as long as you have the nerve to remain by the boards when the players come storming by. :)
