It is correct that a MBA will prepare one for mutiple fields, however the question being asked is specific for IT professionals who are trying to jump into management.
I believe the confusion is there between MBA and PMP, because some of the folks are at a juncture where they want to make a quick buck and are also thinking of career advancement.
Yes for a quick buck you can get a PMP and move up the ladder, but for long term sustainance you need MBA for senior management posts.

The disappointing news is that the projections for EB2 for India born applicants will not advance for several months. For the months of October and November 2010, the Department of State has used 700 EB2 numbers and that does not count the demand for USCIS for EB2 numbers.

I think we should get VB tomm as today its Fed Holiday Veterans Day.
Guys nothing new in here, EB2 I/C will most likely have to wait till the spillover season starts in Jul 2011 there will be good movement atleast equal to last Year so do not worry, we just need to be patient. for Eb2 I/C folks except if the PD is very close like in May it�s time to take a chill pill because the annual allocation is not even enough to take care of PD porting or older applications.

My I-140 is approved in 2006 and now i have filed my I-485. My employer has not given me any kind of doucments like I-140 approved document or Labour Substitution document. The only form he gave is ETA 9035E after my substitue labour was approved. If I want to change job after 180 days using AC21 do I need any of doucments from this employer. If my employer is not ready to give , what is other alternative. Plesae advice.
It would be best to get the labor certification application to know the exact job title, job description and wage rate. If employer is not ready to share a copy of labor certification application, file FOIA application to get the copy of the labor certification application. It may take up to 1-2 months to process FOIA.
It is highly recommended to get copy of approved I-140. There may be other ways to handle this, but here is a way I would prefer. Ask your lawyer to send you copy of your 485 packet. If your 140 was approved prior to sending 485 application, the lawyer would have sent you a copy of approved I-140 with your 485 application to USCIS. Guys - why is the Hike in immigration fees conciding with strong opposition to funding of the Iraq War.....These funds may well go to Iraq....as Bush is not able to garner support for additional funding from congress.
I do not think they can use it for IRAQ. But in the past, when INS was one Department, they have used it for border control and all for deporting illegals and all other such activities.

I did contact another law firm, they want a letter from employer.
Sats123, Chanduv23 is correct, also reading that with the paystubs you can avoid the employer letter saying that you work in such position and for such salary, finding out what position they used to file your labor (did you find it in the database on my previous post) and considering that you are about to get ripped off, it would be advisable that you go through that lawyer that someone was saying charges 1000 to file your papers and 500 for your spouse;
Did you get the medicals? I know it takes time now to get an appointment, and if you want to file the I-485 on your own, please ask if you have questions, I think you can get out of this trap and before the immigration rates hike on July 30th.

Its christmas time in vacation.. they want less work not more- my guess is it will be set back by couple of years- ..May be they think other way around; Christmas gift - move it forward by couple of years. :mad:
