Means if we ask for AC21 then they ask for this kind of details? Also What is the Probability they ask for these details. Now I have 2 more questions:
1. if you are on H1 extension then you get new LCA at the time of H1 extension. If your current location and job are same as specified in the h1 extension LCA. (If you were working at wrong location at the time of first H1 but during the H1B extension you are working at the location specified in the LCA. Now how much is the possibility that they ask for the details for LCA Of the first H1B. Or tey look into only latest LCA).
2. One more question: If your LCA shows the city name LA but you are actually not specific in LA city but you are in LA county then is that location considered to be correct OR this is still violation?

1 - if u have any new h1 approval notice after you came to US , then yr i-94 number will be same in approval notice , normally the last i94 and recent aproval notice 194 matches , u can cross check from there

It is required of all irrespective of citizenship status to respond to a Jury summons. Not responding is considered contempt of court. The court can issue an arrest warrant for you..Always respond to the Jury summons....

Well, as a matter of fact "employer is employer" - there is nothing called good or bad. Any employer can be bad during crunch times. Times have changed now and there is more scrutiny over consulting companies these days because they have lot of immigrants on payroll. Look for urself, your family, ur need etcc.. before changing jobs, be it consulting or fulltime. Sometimes FT jobs can be worse as you never know what kinda shit u may get into.

I successfully ported from EB3 to EB2 in the same company while on EAD
Now i am working on the new Eb2 position using the EAD obtained from the EB3 position. I have still not filed my Eb2 485 since dates are not current (priority date jan 2007)
The new Eb2 job description was similiar to Eb3 but the difference was that now it required masters degree and 1 year experience. This is becasue of more resposnitlity and supervisory role in the eb2 position. Also natural progression...
I qualified for the Eb2 position without using the Experience gained in the existing company. I had masters and previous experience which was used for qualification....
Also the older Eb3 position does not exist as it was modified to the new Eb2 position as the role now required more complexity...
Sharing my experience and wondering if everything is ok with my current situation? I do not have a h1b. I still work on EAd obtained from the Eb3 app and travel on AP and have not had any issues yet....

Just because the PD is before 2005, doesn't mean the job needs masters degree. The job responsibilities will remain the same. The person doing the job would have acquired the necessary experience to carry out a job that falls in EB2.
Also, not everybody qualified for EB2 may be able to find a job that is in EB2. That's a different story .

I have added your treasure trove and "old school web design" stamps :) I think the text in some of the other stamps needs some work. More specifically, I'm seeing a lot of words. The good stamps I've seen use more visual imagery as opposed to text to convey information very quickly.

While eating dinner last night, I noticed a pitcher and glasses set in our china cabinet and decided to try a studio shot. I used one of my wife's black dresses, hung from the light fixture over our dining room table, as a backdrop. The glasses are sitting on a lens and various bowls and cups to raise them to the levels I wanted. I used white poster board on either side to reflect some light. Light source is a single flash unit bounced off of the ceiling. Thoughts on what I could do to make the shot better, aside from spending $2,000 to buy studio lighting equipment?

You are in AOS status now. need to file New I9 as all said.
You can always file new H1 (Not in quota but not extension) using your approved 140. So that can be done.
Talk to your lawyer
My H1B expire on 9/30 as well as my I-94 also expires 9/30. Some how I miss my H1B extenction. I have EAD that is valid until next year mid. I am working right now what is my current status? Is they any way still i can extend my H1B.

No, I don't have any agreement with my employer. The only noncompete is between my employer and the vendor. The client is happy to work through different vendor.
