Ok i think u got me misunderstood : Ok to alleviate : Address A - My current address
Address B -- My friends address.
B is in IL , A is in CT. Now all my credit card statements , USCIS all other except DMV drivers license are in A. Only DL is with B reason i moved recently and not sure how many days this is going to work and since moving car registration etc is expensive thing in CT and there is no certainity on how it works . Now i am changing back my DL and Car registration hence asked this Question , i am well aware of fall backs of USCIS hence changed within 10 days filed AR-11 and all pending petetions and USCIS started corresponding with this new address.

I got the document at my new address mentioned in my quoted post below. It turns out to be FP notice. But the weird thing is they said they will contact me when appointment is available and it'll take 4 months.
Does anyone know why is that?

So just now I called to UCSIS customer service to find out my change of address has been updated in their system because I am afraid they might send that "document" to my old address. The CSR from USCIS told me on the phone that he cannot check my address(cos it's personal information) and the only thing I can find out is take infopass appointment. He also told me my case has been approved. I don't believe what he said was true cos I haven't done any FP yet. I did got EAD and AP approvals for both me and my wife since 2007, Sep.
So my questions are
1) Can my 485 case be approved without FP?
2) Is infopass the only way to find out my address change is updated in their system?
Any reply is highly appreciated.

If you file for MTR with in 30 days you should be fine till the case is adjucated.
As long as MTR is filed u r not out of status.

What happens if I get my EAD after 180 days of concurrent filing i-140 & i-485, and my employer no longer has a vacancy for me. Can I start at another job or do I have to refile the i-140. (I'm not presently working for the company yet)
If i-140 is approved and i-485 is pending more than 180 days invoke ac21 with new job with similar duties and salary at least what labor said. Not need to file no new i-140

Nothing make sense here, since USCIS itself preparing for large volume of I485 cases in July. They infact stopped the premium processing effective from July 2nd. So why they have to go back to stone age dates? Moreover, new fee gets effective from July 29 and if anyone files on/after July 29 do not required to shell out AP and EAD renewal fees during endless I-485 approval. If they get everyone filed before july29, then everyone end up with paying AP and EAD renewal fees for next decade. This would generate lots of positive cash flow for USCIS and immigration attorneys. So they must be generating this panic attack to make sure everyone file July first week or second week.
What a way to make some quick millions here :confused:

It wasn't totally his fault, he went out of business... :*(
I didn't do a lot up front, just becuase I was concerned about getting paid... I still lost money... :*(
Oh well, back to the streets to drum up more clients...

I think its high time, we step in and say enough of this excessive outsourcing, India has created more than enough jobs in India, ecomomy has grown to a very good level.
There should be a Fair level playing field for everybody, unfortunately not only Americans, the very Indians, who have struggled countless hours and sacrificed so many things and made a mark in US with thier technological hardwork are loosing to this big outsourcing companies.
The very reason of initial H1B people coming to US, for a good standard of living is slowly being lost becuase of this excessive outsourcing.

American companies but foreign firms that want to move jobs out of the
United States. Seven of the 10 firms that requested the most H1-B visas in
2006 were outsourcing firms based in India, which use the visas to train
workers in the United States before they are rotated home, according to Ron

Technology. Indian outsourcing firms Wipro and Infosys were the two top
requestors of H1-B visas."

As per today I have an H1b visa, I have my I140 approved, and my 6th year ends on April 25, 2008. My actual employer have gave me a contract that says that upon I become a permanent resident i will have to work for him for 5 years, then if I quit after the 5th year or before I will not able to work on the same industry on all the united states, also mention what my salary would be but there is no mention of increase. Since I will have to wait until my residence at least 3 more years, that means that I will have to work on these conditions for 8 or 9 years.!!!!
I do not know what to do , this is almost illegal (I think !), do I have time to change employer and do again my visa, and I140, so I don't lost status ??

You do not need any permission from your employer. As long as you put in 40 hours per week, i dont think anyone cares for what you do with the rest of your time (as long as you dont hold another job).
And as far as going to school full time is concerned, i use the same logic. I was full time in Fall 2006 while being on H1b (and my GC was being processed). i am currently enrolled part time but will be enrolling full time next spring. I am currently working with the same employer. Dont think it will be an issue and dont plan on taking any permissions.

If GC is approved(hopefully) since NC is already cleared and PD is current, I will continue about 6 months more full time with employer and do part time school.

My colleague was in similar situation. He went to Canada for H1 Visa stamping and while returning, the oficer at the border said I94 on the 797 is sufficient. Our lawer (Fragomen) adviced him to enter border crossing as last port of entry.

Yes your lawyer is correct. You count towards the cap only once.
On the other hand, you mentioned that she is a teacher. If she works for non profit, govt, entities her H1 is also not counted towards the cap. So if she was working for a school earlier on a H1, then if she now wants to move to the industry on a new job, the new H1 will count towards the cap.

No one will deny the case. You will get NOID notice to deny and if you don't respond then it is denied. So you still have lot of time to respond.
Don't worry much, keep looking into your case history and if you suspect any RFE be prepared for it.
