Its kinda confusing and really not that big or sensational.
Nothing sensational here. But it does affect me and all the physicians who have pending NIW based I-485.
I have finished 5 years of NIW service for physician and waiting for visa number (PD 9-2004). I have a conrad 30 related I-140 (approved) / I-485 (pending).

Well,I was given Green Form 221 g from NEw Delhi Consulate wherein they asked me to submit: Unemplotment Wage reports, Project description, Notarised list of Employee and W2.
With regards to my personal info, they okayed it with my MBA degree and over 12 years experience behind.:cool:
BTW, this is my first attempt in getting H1B Visa and I have B1/B2 Visa for10 yrs as also visited USA twice and came back within a fortnight.
My background check is okay.
The problem is with the Employer!!
(1) Unemployment Wage Report: All employers who are liable for unemployment insurance (UI) must file a tax and wage report for each quarter they are in business. Active employers should receive a printed report by mail during the last week of each quarter. The report must be filed by the due date. Employers must report all wages paid to employees. Consulate will be in a position to determine the stablity of the employer based on quarterly reports, which will give detailed insight about how company is doing.
(2) Project Description: Consulate is interested in what you will be doing with the company once you land the USA. This is a free form letter issued in a company letter head addressing to Consulate (Delhi in your case).
(3) Notarised list of Employee: Consulate can verify whether the number of employees mentioned in your document is same or higher; this can be tied to (1).
(4) W2: Consulate will require annual tax return filed by employer to see how the company has performed in the last year and current state can be determined by (1)
In my opinion, (1) , (2) and (4) is mandatory and (3) information can be obtained from (1) - without which your visa will not be issued.
If your employer is not co-operative then I suggest you start looking for new employer.

It's not the "swf" we're concerned with, it's the "fla", and it doesn't just do it with imported Swift3D stuff, but with jpg's and movie's and other imported media.
Try this experiment.
Open a blank Flash project. Save it as an FLA file, and note the file size.
Import a large jpg, then delete it from the stage, and from the library.
Save it again and compare file size again.

"recent forum posts" block truncates the subject matter. old site had all of them on one side, they were complete and it really looked good.
otherwise, the site looks good.
it is going to be a little hard to get used to this new look. afterall, the old site had a background color which was very unique. That stood it apart from other sites.
oh well, the CHANGE has finally come to IV's site as well...I for one, am planning to embrace it :cool:

We don't really work that hard to make that money, If you worked during your undergraduate years in slaughter houses like McDonalds and Pizza hut, you would know what the value of money today, most of them are paid by their parents,
Most of the desis are creative but lazy at work (esp. people in my company), so they work long hours, Can not read complicated text, especially from Insurance companies
and some of them are look backwards as lawsuits are taboo, terrible balance between work and life, procrastination, and finally, not understanding of how to make use of simple, dummy proof American legal system to solve tiny and simple problems like insurance payments and rejections.

What did your lawyer say about this? Now you have a delivery confirmation, did you lawyer suggest that USCIS consider the dates as of last year and process your resubmitted application. Certainly it is not your fault,,

I moved last week but told my roommate to accept this mail that I was expecting from Immigration.
I guess she removed my name from the mail box.
Today I went online to check the status on my EAD and the status says the card we returned as undelivered and they asked me to call customer service to update address.
I'm planning to go online and get my address changed .
Should I also call them to inform about the address change?
Is there any other way I can get my EAD card rather than wait till I update my address?
Can I change my address over the weekend? If I have to call them after changing the address online will the customer service be available over the weekend ?

Yes you could request that the same I-485 be used for your new I-140, as one member has suggested, you could also ask for the priority date of the old I-140 to be ported to your new I-140 if you are worried about priority dates for EB-1. Provided the old I-140 is not revoked.

Update on H1B Extension
Applied back in August and got RFE last month. Replied RFE with copy of 485 receipt and copy MTR approval and got 3 years extension until 2013.

Your visa will be stamped for the required period - IRRESPECTIVE of your Passport expiry (the only condition being that your passport should be valid for the next 6 months).
Upon expiry of your passort - you can travel with your renewed (or new booklet passport), though your US Visa remains in the old passport.
You will need to carry BOTH your old passport (with the US Visa) and the new one, anytime you travel in and out of the US.

Now that you have all your documentation, the biggest hurdle would appear to be that you didn't mention the DUI earlier. I would possibly go ahead and contact an immigration lawyer but i'm sure this is an issue which can be resolved without affecting your application.
