called uscis to ask when july 2 filers are likely to get receipt notice.She said because of the load of apps expected it might take about 4 to 6 wks.I hope july 2 filers don t have to pay huge penalty for filing on the very ifirst eligible day:( (something to worry about till this journey ends i guess):(

I have contributed to IV in faxes, phone calls and sending numerous letters. You can always check my history before analyzing from a blind eye. I have been here for a while, I have even spoken to a few IV core members.
Need my trust and money, please earn it.

I am going through the process of changing job. My new company says they are fond of EAD. But I am asking for H1 transfer. So they are saying if I want H1 transfer I can do so at my cost. Interesting!!!!

"fingerprints for information relating to criminal, national security, or other law enforcement actions that would render the alien ineligible for adjustment of status under this section".
This is just to verify if the guys is in database for any criminal activity. ofcourse they will not give an illegal guy a GC if they have his record in database for criminal activity in US. This is just a formal requirement to keep illegal law brokers out because there are thousands illegals who came here from southern border and have committed crimes. There are some even in the America's Top 10 Wanted list. My uncles(came illegally here) went through all criminal checks by FBI for breaking any law,when Reagan gave amnesty for >5 years. Same criminal checks were done on illegals when Clinton helped legalalization of illegals. Fingerprints, etc are just for other criminal history check not to check if the person crossed the border illegally, ofcouse he did and broke the law: that's the whole point for him being illegal.
In fact >5year rule has been a standard to give immigration to illegals as is clear by Reagan amnesty. If 5 year rule is not for illegals, then what do you think is there in this bill for 11 million illegals. Itn't that logical. Infact main purpose of this bill is to fix illegal immigrants not legals. It is my feeling that "Illegals>5 years" should not be preferred over "legals<5 years". I also think that this bill makes things tough for<5 years except temporarily reducing backlog(that too is a big 'maybe') . I am not arguing. You do what you do and I do what I do. I dont know what IV will do.

OK, sorry for the delay. First make sure you�re in "Rendering" mode, select the light you want to unlink (at least at firs, since by default when a light is created it lights every object). Now, shift select the object(s) you may want to unlink, now go to Lighting/Shading in the menu bar, and select the option "Break Light Links" and that�s it! Now do a tst render and see the result.To do linking, it the same way but obviously using the "Make light link" option. Hope it helps! And I like your image very much!

as a 501(3)(C) organization immigration voice has is limited in its efforts to contribute for any cause, while it can spend a max of 30 % (lawyers please comment) on Advocacy but it cannot do political campaigns openly, if people want to contribute and defeat Sen Grassley they need a 501(4) type of non profit.

This is what I felt. When folks from CA could turn out in such a big number, what stopped DC Metro area and NYC/NJ Area folks to come? Perhaps they do not deserve Capital so close to them. What else it is for? To take their friends and relatives there for photo taking? This is what I felt.
Over all, one of the most fulfilling three days of my life. I learnt what is law making in this country and how things work.
Skeptists, IV is moving in the right direction. If inertia of rest is making you go slow, then allow this thread to push yourselves. We are legally supporting your cause. Least you can do is, join the cause and contribute.
