    Hi guys.

    One of my favourite features in Flash is Trace Bitmap. I am currently trying to produce a print catalog and wanted to use this effect. I was wondering if there's any other programs that offer a similar feature, or otherwise what is the best way to trace a photo in flash and export it to another program.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    I have traveled many times on AP and not once was I asked about EAD/797. That said, there is no strict rules. Maybe you can keep a copy of the above documents and explain why you lost the originals.

    H4 Valid till APR 2009
    If she stays put in US , Effective Oct1st, her status will be H1.
    If she goes out of the country and enters back using her H4 stamping, she will be on H4.
    If she intends to work, she will have to either apply for Change of Status from H4 to H1 or needs to go for H1 stamping and enter US using that stamp.

    Hi,
    I looked at the list of civil surgeons that approved by USCIS. I called some of them and everyone told me differently in pricing. The basic I693 test would cost around $$220, and if i need vaccines, It would be an addition cost. Like some said the MMR vaccine would cost $120, the other said $50
    Lot of them said the cost for chicken pox vaccins is around $120 ( I dont have insurance). My parent is not really sure if I ever have chicken pox or not so incase I need one, DO you know where to get those shots cheaper? Thank you for your time!

    go to your county health clinic and take the vaccinations. they are usually free or very cheap. you can then show the report to the uscis doctor to get a waiver.

    If you don't get your Cards in a reasonable timeframe, I suggest you take an appointment with your local USCIS office using infopass, and take a copy of this ruling to show them. I expect them to act promptly after seeing that you are considering suing them for the delay.

    Thank you for the reply. My confusion stemmed from whether i can use my US License as my id for gaining the license. Or whether somehow my A# or I94 number had to be noted on the license/certificate in order to use it at a later point for the green card process.

    does the employment letter have to be exactly in the same format as described in 'filing your 485 on your own thread' or can it be a simple letter stating the job title, salary, responsibilities etc?........is it ok to file 485 on my own eventhough the rest of the process was handled by attorney?.......for any immigration matters my company just forwards me to their lawyer.......and there is chance the lawyer might get pissed off if I file 485 on my own.......any ideas?

    It can be in any format as long as it lists your title and duties exactly as it is stated in your labor certification.

    One of my friends travelled in the same situations. No questions asked at port of entry(Chicago). He was little worried like you and was short of time to get the visa stamped but it went fine.

    I am working for a Company A and I have a Labor and I 140 approved for OCT 2005 EB2 through the same company.

    I filed my I 485 on July 2nd. Now I have a very good offer from Company B. I have following questions and I seek your help -

    1) Can I retain my PD?
    2) If yes, what are the requirements and what is the process to retain the old PD?
    3) Does the Company B have to file I 140 again?
    4) What if Company A pulls back their I 140? Can they?
    5) What are the risks?
    6) Has anyone done this and had a success?

    Why should the employer hold your salary? If you had any agreement for paying back cost of your GC processing for leaving within a certain period, that would not hold any more (since last June such agreements are illegal)

    Making Legals also Illegals.

    For the past 10 to 13 years people are waiting on the EB category Queue, and they are all tax payers as same as US Citizen.

    some of them are in H1B status, in this economy it is not necessary that they should always have a job, so if the congress

    is not acting on the Immigration bill as soon as possible, they are making the Legals also Illegals pretty soon, with the

    USCIS nasty memo for the Employer-Employee relationship, getting an H1 extension became another Oil spill in the Gulf Coast!

    This is not a joke, and politicians care little about this, because they cannot manipulate anything here, This is the year and time
    to pass immigration bill. If not then immigration issue may not see light.


    What about great Indian origin media tycoons Sanjay Gupta & Fareed Sakaria, why cant they make a issue on the media about this.

    All Indian origins except some bunch of people, are waste and just eat, drink & be merry caes, and they don't care for anything.

    Keeping the finger cross and waiting for the immigration bill introduced in congress as soon as possible at least before May 31st 2010. Even the home country of some of us here, India, with a puppet government and corrupted politicans can do nothing about this. :mad::o:eek:

    Nebraska Service Center mailed I-131 approval notices for me and my wife on 28th Oct. But we never received them. Its been a month now. So, I called USCIS today morning and they say I need to reapply for I-131 for my whole family because some one else might have picked it up.

    I called up post office. They say they have no mails on hold.

    Is reapplying the only way out?

    This happened with me with Texas service center. They insisted they had sent it. But in reality they never sent it. I was told the same "You need to apply for a fresh one. That is the only way out of it." I was determined not to pay fees a second time for no fault of mine.

    Details below. (Not sure about NSC though)

    Sorry cant help you in this regard. I filed at NSC for 485 and EAD/AP.
