Has the 4GB card been formatted with the FAT32 filesystem in your computer? The D100 supports FAT32, so greater-than-2GB memory cards should not be a problem in theory. :confused:
BTW, I've not yet heard of viruses getting on memory cards and affecting digital cameras, yet. I'm sure the day will come, as digital cameras become more powerful and [perhaps] start using more general purpose processing units.

If I am in your position, i will not this type of chances.
how can you come on F1 back, when your status is changed to H1 as you have to show valid I-20 for F1 which you don't have or you have enrolled in any school for MS, MBA or..... as you changed from F1 to H1 you anyway need stamping.

My guessing is that your I-485 has been entered into the system and based on your A#, you may see the LUDs for other approved/pending receipt numbers also.
Yes I did have an A# on my I140 . But niether have I recd the reciept notice nor has the check hit the bank yet
So
what to make of it ?

My checks cashed on 10/2, I was able to get the receipt numbers from back of the check. Lawyer/myself did not receive any physical notice. I opened a SR last week and waiting.... :(

Gt500cr 1967 Car WallpaperI am having a little difficulty understanding this. If you are not so sure about approval in EB3 category how do you plan to apply in EB2 category? Moreover what makes you think that your EB3 I-140 may be denied? Even if it is a Labor substitution case if your application is strong, you should not have any issues. Your employer must support your EB2 application otherwise it is not possible.
According to my lawyer, the success of Labor substitute cases depends a lot on the previous work experience letters. Since I wasn't able to submit all the EVLs that exactly match the title and the skillset, it makes the application weak.
I have a MS in CS and there is a position in the company that requires a MS position which makes me eligible for a EB2 application. One of the main reason for an alternate EB2 application is to have something as a backup if my EB3 goes bad.

Anyway,filed i-485 in 1997 and was interview 1999 and stamp in passport adjustment status pending,b;cos of past immigration issues.Then i did recieve letter that my family petition was accepted then two weeks recieved another letter stated my application was denial due to my past issues so i had to leave the country and reapply. My lawyer said she had to file a motion,did charge alot of money.Did not hear anything till i went there to check my status and the officer told me i was in the process of deportation,so she gave me the date.So i went to my lawyer to check if she knew anything and she said your case is pending,so i ask her if she can call and check whereby she did and find out i was in the processes of deportation,now she told she need more money and if i do not pay that amount she can not go the court with me,so i did offer some amount and she refuse.
So i went to the immigration court and i did win the case,and now she find out that i did win the case so trying to be my attorney.
I do need to file for Ead because my old one was revorke,do i have to file for another i-485 or not?Another thing my lawyer had my file how do i track my old receipt number.Can someone please help me, i do have the original judgement from the immigration court

will appreciate a reply ..I had changed my wifes last name to our married last name (in SSN). her EAD and 485 is in her maiden last name.
will this create an issue when we renew her EAD ? I wanted to renew with our married last name.

Some of the examples that I have seen on this forum are 1. Wrong photograph on AP 2. Totally different answers from customer service 3. Internal memo in USCIS not made public about holding visas for EB2 India etc.

The problem he is talking about is not a widespread one and never heard of, other than may be for one or two people in this forum (one may be nk2006; sorry that it happened to you).
Even if it had happened to one or two exceptional cases, it can be rectified as it is a simple error from the part of USCIS. This is not a major thing to waste IV resources. This is not a serious immigration issue.
The way nk2006 misused IV resources for such a simple personal issue is unpardonable .
Knowing that there are such people among 'highly educated' is disheartening.

Muscle Car Wallpaper.What would happen if the labor is approved and I-140 is pending and you have to apply for your 7th/8th year extension? I think this could happen to many people who are getting yearly extensions as nowadays it is usually taking 6 months to get your H1 approval/I-140 approval.
As msp1976 pointed out above, attached your 140 receipt and ask for three year extension.
