Ok. So, I went to the Avenue Of The Stars this afternoon. It was a hot and humid day. Probably around 25C. Really short sleeve t-shirt type weather even at the harbor. The way to the area is a bit of a maze where you have to walk through underground tunnels, shopping malls and stores to get there. There might be another route, but this is the one indicated by signs from the closest subway station; Tsim Sha Tsui.
