These beautiful yellow flowers are probably weeds, but they grow prolifically next to the roads in the rural areas of KZN, South Africa. Taken by PaulO

"We have grown a small garden from seeds. We will be building a larger container so we can ditch the black pots soon :)". Taken by Martine
"What a beautiful spot this is. Go down the Appian Way on the bus to visit the various catacombs, then go further on and on the left you will find the Circus Maxentius a little way off the road to the left. Once a vast chariot racing centre with buildings and stables, tiered seats and no doubt concession stands and souvenir sellers, now a quiet set of ruins in a field. Great place for a picnic! The children in our group raced around the course - far longer than they realised, perhaps nearly a kilometre around". Taken by Alison Ryde
"A photo of Christchurch in happier times. The wonderful Arts Centre, which used to be the University of Canterbury and now belongs to the city as a centre for arts, including craft workshops, cinema screens, a theatre and markets. It really buzzes at weekends, especially during the Festival of Busking". Taken by Caroline
