Lot of people love him. They believe him, his expressions, his anger, he manages to get the fire out of people using his rants.
If there is a media drive, I am sure other media will love to rape him and that may work against CNN and CNN will start watching things closely.
This can be just a start but I think we must target this guy - I am sure he will start turning tables and flip flop ...
Remember, America is all about law suits and every corporate makes itself immune from Lawsuit but youtube, google, internet and media is something they cannot immune themsleves from.

Do you happen to know who used your labor certification? If you have a copy of the LC and I-140, inform the DOL /USCIS that someone has used your LC and I-140 without your knowledge. I'd like to believe that USCIS will take note of this and will deny the application of the person who used your LC and I-140. Your employer will be in deep trouble because of what he has done. USCIS may investigate the case. It will be wise not to mention that you paid anything. The fact that you were hired under H1 status and is still working with him shows that the LC and the I-140 rightly belongs to you.

1- The "pending at the location" note has been in there since it was transferred from NSC-CSC-NSC.
2- RFE only for me at this point (online). Wife's still says "pendin at the location" but has soft LUDs
3- I got LUD after RFE

How can CA/ICWA be equivalent to MS programs as they are post high school courses? These courses do not require graduation for admission.

I don't understand Sheila's position. Until recently (2001), someone with a Bachelors degree could become a CPA since the requirement to take the exam was a certain number of credit hours roughly equivalent to that of a 4-year Bachelors degree. Anyway, I consider a CPA as a certification, not a degree. If USCIS has been accepting CA to be equivalent to a Masters degree, then it is quite generous of them.

ramus, i dont think local office will issue AP unless its an emergency. I am saying this bcoz i was in the local office today and they made it clear unless its absolute emergency AP will be issued only by NSC. In case of emergecy you need to show a valid proof that someone in your family is seriously sick.

I wanted to find about pre approved or pre adjudicated case, We have been hearing the same more often in the forum, so out of curiosity i opened a Service Request.
I kind of have a good relation ship with the former employer, worked with them for 4 years. I just called my company HR and he said he does not know my name is on withdrawn list but he will check the list and let me know tomorrow.
Is it just out of curiosity you inquired about your pending 485?
Do you have a good relationship with your former employer? If so, you can ask them and verify if they withdrew your I-140...in any case that should not matter as long as you have passed the 6 months period after applying I-485.

we saw the status updated this morning atlast. Hopefully will get the card soon in hand.
My wife's EAD renewal was e-filed with a receipt date of june 6 th, almost 120 days, still waiting. Got biometric notice for july 1st and finished it.After 94 days called 1-800 to request expediting the case on sep. 11 th, they sent a RFE asking for I-94 copies and stating biometrics were not transmitted to them and needed information on that, along with enlarged copy of photo ID.
Responded to RFE with a receipt date of sep. 25 th and no updates till day.
Called on 9/3 asnd raised a 2nd SR for expediting. AS her EAD expired on oct.1st and was given 1 week to produce new EAD by oct 10 th by her employer.
WE were hoping for some miracle by monday:confused:

That was a very illogical reply to the per-country limit question. How come a large number of people from certain countries automatically eliminate people from smaller countries from getting green cards? That's an extremely dumb way of looking at it.

I request everybody to add one line in the letter for Consular processing filers as they should be allowed to get AC21 and EAD facilities now. This law came earlier only for 485 filers because CP process was fast but now due to retrogession all CP filers are waiting for Years and in the worst sitauation as 485 filers are enjoying their freedom with AC21 and EAD

I guess since no one wants to do anything about their situation - we can all sit back and wait for another 4-5 years and hope that we get a green card at that time since that is the amount of time it is going to take most of us if nothing was to change in the current process. Regarding the orignal topic, even I have never heard anyone not getting citizenship because of them leaving the GC employer. Personally, I won't wait for six months or even a single day, if I see a better opportunity.
What happens in case of people who obtain GC through marriage and then due to some reason have to divorse? Do they have to stay married for a certain period of time?? :D:D If so how much would that be?

You cannot combine work and education for EB2 and for EB3 it must be so noted on the Labor Cert.

Education evaluation was not done for bachelors because the Labor only required masters. My attorney is planning to use 2 years of my experience to compensate for the additional 1 year of bachelors degree
