My Father is applying for Citizenship in Nov 10. If he becomes Citizen then can I file I485 under F3(married sons and daughters of citizen parents). Category and port priority date of May 03 from my employment base I-485 to I-485 under F3?

I think you will have to wait until the first transfer petition is completed. Please check with an immigration attorney. You can file I-907 to expedite the processing using premium processing. Again, please check with an attorney before you proceed.

I would suggest your friend from this company who his trying to fool him even before starting the process.
H1b Can be filed anyday and you friend can start as soon as the H1 gets approved.

Here is my h1b status:
1. We have applied for H1B visa extension in premium on March 23rd, 2010.(for 15 months, as I have this period remained on H1 6 years and I-140 not approved yet).
2. I have joined new client on March5th new project, new location.
3. USCIS raised RFE on March 9th, 2010 but not received the RFE document.
4. My employer sent H1B Amendment documents on March 15th, 2010 with new LCA.
5. Received RFE document on March 30th, 2010 from USCIS and replied on March 31st to USCIS.
6. USCIS approved case on April 10th, 2010 with 1 year duration, which is May 2011.
7. USCIS approved amendment on Dec 5th, 2010 which is valid until Aug 20th, 2011 which the max of 6 years period.
Now question, it means my H1B visa valid until Aug 2011?

the question is about the type of visa needed to enter canada. I have pending I-485 in US but need visa to go to Canada. I have tourist visa for Canada but was wandering if I need to apply for a diferent visa to visit a client of my company for a few days. The reason of my visit is obviously not tourism...

If you do get the F-1 visa, then you likely would not face any difficulty at the airport. However, F-1 visa requires non-immigration intent, which would be very difficult, if not impossible, for you to prove. Unfortunately, even J-1 visa requires you to prove non-immigration intent. So if you go outside USA, very likely you will not be able to get back. Therefore, I believe that traveling in your state is not advisable; you should stay put until your children's father is in a position to marry you. Then you can obtain the fiancee visa (K-1) and travel abroad.

I have ben working with employer A on an H1B ( even labor and I-140 approved, PD-April2009) and planning to apply for H1 transfer now through employer B.
After the transfer is approved for B, if I change my mind and decide to continue to work with curent employer A, can I do that ?

I forgot that. they Do not need new I-94 every time. But I remember We were asked to put all Entry to Canada on I485 papers . I use to go Toranto Every week at that time.
